I was previously using "Active Desk" for support desk software but it didn't have all the features that were needed to provide you with the best support possible.

I apologize for your need to register a new support account for this software but unfortunately it was impossible to import data from the previous software.

You can submit your support ticket under "General" if I haven't set up a department yet for your particular support issue.

I sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as I go about moving all the Knowledge Base and Articles to this new support desk.
