I provide "First Instance FREE Website Technical Support", to help Do It Yourself Webmasters, to make friends and maybe end up with a few new clients along the way.
This service is perfect for DYI Webmasters of small business sites that have run into a website problem they don't seem to be able to handle on their own.
How it Works
You contact me using one of the 3 options below. Then tell me what the problem is and I'll either tell you what to do to fix the problem or I'll fix it myself. You get up to an hour of free support for any number of problems. If you don't use up your entire hour, I'll let you know how much time you have left of your free hour for other problems.
- First Support Option - (The most convenient but the most time consuming.)

Is my support desk http://www.getfreedom.com/support/ where you will be required to register but of course there is no charge to register for support. NOTE: I have just replaced my old support desk software and I'm currently configuring the new one. But everything works and I will be notified within 5 minutes of you submitting your support ticket. - Third Support Option (Current paying clients only.)
